Now that every man and woman are pre possessed with the new Canon RF lenses and R Cameras, its got to still be viable proposition to now grab great bargains in the EF range of Super Telephoto lenses??
After all they still take ridiculously good Photos, and can be accommodate on say an R6??

Yes you can still use EF lenses to great effect on an R6.Just be aware though that whilst prices have tumbled on the big super teles,these lenses are not supported anymore.So if they go wrong often they can't be repaired.
