Hi, when i turned the counterbalance knob from off to on on my cth head, i heard a snap, and then the counterbalance knob seemed to lose function. i wonder if others have experienced this, and if so, what fix might be? i'll write swarovski but figured i might get faster response here. many thanks, jeff
