Camo painting for tripod (1 Viewer)

Has anyone here ever camouflaged an entire tripod with paint? if so what technique and
Kind of paint did you use? I tested the spray paint used by airsoft players for their weapons, the result is aesthetically effective but the solidity is not good. If you have any solutions that would be great.

How about wrapping the legs with burlap? Sporting goods stores also sell camo duck tape. Of course the tape might interfere with changing the leg length, and the burlap would have the same problem.
Sewing burlap into tubes with elastic on the ends could help.
The paint appears to be a reasonable solution, especially if it is simple to remove.

I've got a manfroto with one leg in camouflage and the others black, but I think it's more of a design gimmick than for serious camouflage.

I'm not convinced birds are going to be particularly put off by conventional black tripods anyway..
