Just got back from Bodrum Turkey , it produced a few good birds although it was a family holiday all birds seen was from our apartment garden and surrounding area , pick of the bunch was a daily visit by a Blue rock thrush early morning and 7 sightings of Cirl bunting with a few warblers which im waiting to get an ID on , a pair of Steppe buzzards over head was a treat and loads of Yellow legged gulls and two shrikes with a Red backed shrike daily in the garden and a brief visit by a lesser grey shrike , Hooded crows in great numbers was a pleasure to watch over all not bad for a week in Bodrum i will certainly be going back .
