There's no raptor tail-tip-shape like that in Europe other than black kite and red kite - and that one looks chunky enough for a black kite.

Black Kite (with capital letters as shown here) indeed. The 6 "fingers" are typical, Red Kite having only 5 "fingers". See comparison here below.

Another characteristic, the wings and tail of a Red Kite are more or less translucent. This solid dark appearance is typical for a Black Kite.
