I was talking to an Indian birder this week and she was talking about how she gets blyths Reed warbler and rosefinch in her garden in India.

Got me thinking of what winter birding location could reliably and easily let you see WP birds you hadn’t made a trip for while also seeing a bunch of other stuff
 
I guess it depends whether you mean regular WP breeding birds, or include vagrants, but some obvious destinations would be NW India, Kenya, China and Thailand.
 
Senegal. Ethiopia. Kazachstan.
But be aware that many WP can be seen in Asia but in many cases this involves different subspecies.
