Autumn migration at Kaukasian mountains (1 Viewer)

Hello togehter,

I am interested in watching autumn migration at Batumi or further north.
Sochi is easier richable by plain from Munich. Further I can read kyrilic letters very well and speak a bit Russian.
Where are recommend bird watching places near Sochi for migration or mountain birds.

Other idea is Batumi for migration. For Georgia no pre visa is needed.
For north is Kolkheti national park. Is it worth to visit to ?

Which is best time for migration of raptors an watching small birds ?

Is there any recommended hotel for bird watching from hotel terrace ?

Did Batumi a few years in mid September which was a great time to see the sight of a big numbers of Raptors dominated by Honey Buzzards and eastern Buzzards with a good selection of eagles, early october is apparently slightly better for the eagles
