Advice required: Starting a bird club in Nairobi (1 Viewer)

We are thinking of setting up a bird club here in Nairobi , under the auspices of Nature [ bird committee ] . Can anyone give me any basic ideas on how to set it all up ?

If your club/group/organisation has enough activity, we can create a whole subforum devoted to your club, so your club can have it's own forums. Just let us know.
