    Surrey Birding

    2 Common Terns this morning at Staines Reservoir, along with an Arctic Tern and some Little Gulls. The Garganey are still there (been over a week now)

    I saw the 2 Scaup up nice and close when I was there this morning, but there were 6 Black-necked Grebe (one in full breeding plumage!) What a great sight! Also just before leaving a Great Northern Diver circled over the KG Res, right round Staines Res and landed itself in the south basin...
