Carlton Marshes just back from a stunning walk at Carlton Marshes. I took the dog and the camera so didn't take any bins which in hindsight was a mistake. But I did flush a stunning Woodcock on the main path from the visitors centre right at the start of my walk. Also some Snipe further down...

I think you can also walk out of Normanston Park the way you drove in and turn right and walk along the grass verge towards Bannatynes gym and then turn down a footpath just before it which seems to have appeared which will take you to the other side of the Ham. Not sure if this is a...

Yes park in Normanston Park next to the cafe and walk along the bottom of the park next to the water heading west (? my geography is dreadful) you will walk behind tennis courts, follow the path down past the houses and voila there is a railway bridge that takes you over the railway line and...

There is currently a Humes Leaf Warbler being reported by Lounge Lizards behind the Crop Shop in the Town Centre. Walk up Lowestofts main high street and opposite the Tesco Metro is a shop called Crop Shop, go down the small alleyway behind this shop and the warbler is showing there. It was...

Dave if you drive as if you are going to Minsmere and drive past the turning onto the reserve from the village of Westleton, basically following the signs that the RSPB have put out for the parking for the red deer rut. I parked where the RSPB directed on the left hand side of the heath and...
