Try and get down to Croft Pascoe pool, Goonhilly on the Lizard peninsula at dusk for Nightjars Sideshow Bob. It's within striking distance from Marazion and they can be heard churring from the road and sometimes seen if lucky. -

Who saw it on the 7th Feb in the afternoon at Zennor though Camelbirder? That would be the only way to confirm the prescence of two birds as the plumage shown on pics is inseperable from my visual analysis. -

Nice pic Chris. I've not witnessed this species nesting in reeds before. Passed the reserve last weekend and was pleased to see it had been hacked back. It was starting to get really poor for viewing, let's hope this can bring in an Aquatic Warb, come the autumn! Cheers. Henerz.
