    just walked up there during my lunch hour and it was still there, giving very clear views... am strictly not a twitcher, but 20mins walk from my office I couldn't resist!

    depends where abouts in the city you mean. I've very rarely seen one over the city centre, but see them almost daily from where I live in the suburbs.
