    Had a good few hours at Stanpit Marsh on Friday morning, plenty of birds about, pushed in by the high tide, but they soon cleared off when a couple of hunters started shooting just off Priory Marsh, it's surprising they are still permitted to shoot here.

    Both of those shots are suffering from motion blur, the shutter speeds are too slow, I use the 400mm f5.6 and it is a very sharp lens.

    Couple of days ago, I was watching the Herons flying around the top of the pine trees at Hengistbury Head, noticed a pure white one, at first thought it was a Little Egret, but it was the same size as a Heron, could it be an albino?
