    Grafham Water 15 Nov; single Great Northern Diver out in the middle, mid afternoon. No GND’s seen at dusk in the gull roost. Drake hybrid Tufted/Scaup type by the fishing lodge at dusk; now looking much cleaner and more confusable!

    Grafham Water 14 Nov; 3 Great Northern Divers distantly off the dam this morning close together at one point. Seemed to be off Sailing Club but way off shore. Adult Mediterranean Gull off Mander carpark at midday. Common Sandpiper on the dam.
