    4 SEO and another massive Starling roost, larger than last night. Maybe 5000 birds at IVNR.

    5 SEO and a large Starling Roost tonight at Idle Valley NR in Lound my estimate for Starlings is around 3000 but may be bigger, A very impressive roost.

    Yes a mate of mine said he had good views at about 12pm which is a bit later than they have been normally seen. Usually from 10 to 12.

    But don't confuse it with the bird feeding station half a mile down the road as there may be birders there too. The feeding station has tins nailed to a fence which are full of seed. The watchpoint is half a mile further on just before a 90 degree left hand bend, overlooking the top lake.

    Hi everyone, new here this is my first post. Decided to make a trip to the raptor point at Welbeck today. Great views of Honey Buzzards with two flying right over our heads. Well recommended at the moment. It was very busy, at least 15 people there. Think I'll be going again soon.
