    I dont get out much now, but i had a successful trip to Forfar Loch with my faither this morning which is worth a post!! Started off at the turfbeg car park.     What I suspected (honest!!) - can't really see it on the pics but they both ahd a very obvious brown 'bib' which probably sanderling have but maybe I just saw them at an angle i wasnae familiar with!! Cheers!

    regarding Jays in Dundee, i have seen a puckle at the edge of the caird park on the road toward the trottick mill ponds, but the 'hot' spot for me just now is any patch of grass beside the 'swallow hotel' roundabout (or whatever its called now), think the last half dozen times i've driven past...
