    Had a Grey Wagtail at the Cliffburn gulley while walking the dogs this morning. Also at least 130 Golden Plovers at Victoria Park late afternoon.

    I had a walk along the cliffs this afternoon, Victoria park to Seaton bay and back. Fairly quiet, almost no little birds at all. Plenty guillemot on the water. Lots of shags and cormorants.     13 guillemots in Arbroath harbour this evening, up from the seven I had last week. Saw a great black backed gull kill one of them this evening. Swooped down and broke its neck. Brutal!

    Re Riverside, keep meaning to make a visit here. Maybe if you start a thread it might encourage some new visitors. My birding seriously curbed by being on night shift but did enjoy a good few thousand geese over the house this evening.

    Aprox 20 Sandwich Terns at Victoria Park, Arbroath this evening. A tick for me so well chuffed.

    Had a stop at the Lurgies, Montrose Basin, on way home. Two Spoonbill still present. Also had eleven Bar Tailed Godwit. Single Whooper hanging around. Hope it enjoying a nice summer holiday.
