    That was my best guess as well... the tricky bit is the black tipped tail with the grey tertials as you say :)

    Note that from that angle all legs will look narrow: they're structured more or less "like a knife", no matter how broad the blade is, if you look at it from behind it will be narrow. The row of spots on the greater covers was actually one of the reasons I suggested RS :)

    With that rump pattern and tail length and pattern I would go for a sparrow, but a Rock Sparrow.
