    At Westward Ho! Pebble Ridge two Ravens - one flew by less than 10 metres away!! What a treat. On the promenade there were two Rock Pipits, and the Black Redstart either a female or a juvenile was again at Westward Ho! cricket ground this afternoon.

    Today we had had a good day at Skern and we enjoyed Curlew Lapwing Redshank Dunlin Cormorant Brent Geese Little Egret Golden Plover Grey Plover Shelduck Wigeon Oystercatcher Bar-tailed Godwit Goldfinch Linnet Skylark Meadow pipit A Buzzard on a post being mobbed by a Magpie.

    A Raven on the beach by the slipway at Westward Ho! The Raven was being buzzed by a Crow and the Crow was being buzzed by a Jackdaw. Quite a sight for 30 seconds or so!

    Goosey Pool area Northam Burows today 1800 hours 2 Little Egret, 14 Curlew, 34 Lapwings, 2 Buzzard, several Black Headed Gulls and Herring Gulls, c80 Starling, 1 Pied Wagtail, 2 Skylark, 3 Crows plus Jackdaws and Rooks.

    Enjoyable mid morning walk Cornborough area. 3 Yellowhammer, 2 Wheatear, 2 Stonechat, 2 Whitethroat, 1 Bullfinch plus Wren, Linnet, 1 Raven, 12 Goldfinch, several Chaffinch, and 18 Cormorant all but one were on the rocks.
