    Hello Henry, thanks for the new pictures! They add much more confidence for me that this is Wood Sandpiper. Impression of upperpart colouration and pattern (yes, hard to be sure) seems better for this than for a Green Sandpiper (and is there a well marked supercillium behind the eye?) All...
