    Bluetit nest box predation

    This is confusing. They only lay 1 egg per day, so if you suddenly see 6 eggs then that suggests that the eggs had simply been out of view. Or were the eggs laid over a 6 day period? Regarding possible predation, how big is the nest box opening? If you make it 25mm, only blue tits can enter it.
