    Older alpha vs newer mid-range scopes

    Hi, sample variation of the objective will decide which is better. An old cherry will beat a good (or worse - alpha lemons do exist!) example of any modern scope. As long as the objective is multicoated and well figured, it can be used... hell, even my not fully single coated but cherry TSN-3...
