are those all 10x42? my 10x42 ht also show some washed out color in bright light. it feel even overbright in daytime but it is the brightest 10x42 I've seen. so I'll going to keep on with it :) hope to get my hands on 10x42 meostar. I also heard in korean forum meostar 15x56 is almost good... -

according to HenRun's thread above, there is a possibility of 8, 7 power meostar have lower competitiveness at the price point then 10, 12, 15 power meostars. (meostar don't deploy HD lens on 8 or less power.) I didn't see 10+ magnification meostar. If I manage to get my hands of meostar 10x42... -

yes in terms of overall feel. it can be considered to Alpha to some. very nice build quality with nice deep yellow green coloring. nice 3d rendering for roof bino. I'm not saying meostar b1+ 8x42 is not an alpha because of it's lack of flatness, tfl and ht has same or even worse distortion. but... -

have viewed through some high grade 7x42 model. zeiss dialyt 7x42 zeiss tfl 7x42 leica ultravid hd 7x42 leica trinovid bn 7x42 leica trinovid ba 7x42 best optically is tfl (dialyt has much more ca) but I don't like it's mint coloring. but I don't prefer dialyt's focus and eyecups. UVHD 7x42 is... -

that's what I want to know. thanks for telling. still don't know the official price is about the sam me between 10x42 hd and 8x42 non hd.... I also heard about 12x50 and 15x56 meostar hd are very good. maybe I can get my hand on these and figure out for my self :) -

meostar may be the better 'binocular' than conquest due to it's better CA control, eye confortness and build quality. and I like meostar's colors better personally. what I was disappointed is that I heard and see may reviews of placing meostar as the same level of swaro slc, zeiss tfl which is... -

every people have their own bino compare standerd. I think long range sharpness has more percentage of lens diameter influencing the real sharpness. especially when the light conditions are not so good because of more light gathering + more 3D rendering, more eye comfort due to bigger exit... -

If I have to choose between meostar 8x42 to conquest 8x42 I'll go for meostar. comquset 8x42's small fov and dreading eye placement is much challenging for me than meostar's little bit lower center sharpness. inferior center sharpness DON'T mean the whole bino is inferior. meostar 8x42 excels... -

every person has his / hers own eyes and thoughts, so there are various of bino that people like the best. NL Pure is considered best this days for many reviews but it is still not a people's favorites... Don't know why Optica Exotica's channel disappeared....I've been watching is channel... -

the meostar and sfl and conquest are all from original distributors in Korea. meostar and sfl were close to brand new. conquest is not overall better bino than meostar. meostar has better contrast at green, yellow objects, more 3d rendering, more relaxing to eyes, better CA control, better... -

I wonder how much difference between b1 and b1+. meostar and sfl has very different characteristics so what you prefer is best for you. and I also think changing to sfl is not a total upgrade since SFL too isn't good as the top alphas -

If I had doubts about the diopter, I compare each tubes separately. but for over 1000$ class, diopter management is much easier then cheaps ones. so It's usually not hard to adjust to my eyes. -

meostar has some leica smell on it. little bit of yellow, (through meostar emphasize more green while leica does same with red) short length, high distortion, smiler diopter machanism. I measure center sharpness it many ways. Indoor, outdoor, short range(under 30m), long range... some time see... -

It's just a doubt. since 8x42 non HD and 10x42 HD is in a same series of bino 'meostar B1+' and the official store price is about the same. so it's reasonable to think that they have smilar level of optics. previous b1 model also has no HD glass in 7, 8 powers but I've seen no review that they... -

Digiscoped photos of Meoptar Meostar b1+ It is still a good (but not THAT great) binocular. pleasant view with nice emphasizes of greens. in addition of tank - build and 30years warranty. but for it's high price, I'll have to think more than two times buying it over other well known... -

Conclusion. unless I go birding on a rocky mountain tumbling against my own feets, I will me much happier carring SFL because it is much lighter, compact and optically better. Me and my friend both agreed Meoptar Meostar b1+ 8x42 has no significant advantage over Zeiss victory SFL 8x40. It's... -

Friend of mine bought Meoptar meostar b1+ 8x42 and I have some chance to compare it with Zeiss SFL 8x40. Even it have 2mm more lens diameter, it is much bulkier and heavier (alost about 300g differ!) than SFL 8x40 you can see meostar is much thicker 1. meostar b1 + 8x42 2. sfl 8x40...
