    Choosing 8x32 vs 7x42 vs 8x25

    The Leica's 6mm exit pupil will give you some leeway on a pitching boat. Aligning your eyes' pupils with a small exit pupil on a boat is quite a challenge. You might even consider a pair of 7x50s.
