    lol, hard to say: I'm not seeing the pale panel, but the sides of the neck seem mostly clean slightly leaning Marsh (?) for that one but wouldn't tick it as such; definitely tricky

    In Poland, the only tree squirrel species should be Red squirrel - Wikipedia. Even though they're said to come in different colour morphs, I've never seen such a dark one--mostly some shade of orange where I live. I went back a bit and chanced upon a Crested Tit - BirdForum Opus. Beautiful bird...
