    USFWS Barred Owl Removal Plan

    Do everything possible to restore & protect habitat without drastic "unnatural" measures. Give the Northern Spotted Owl opportunity to adapt and survive. They may surprise us. I'm not a fan of drastic measures such as relocation, unless it happens naturally, i.e. no human intervention.

    I would say that there is no species on this planet, flora or fauna, that humans have not impacted and the impacts have rarely been positive. IMO their reasoning for this action is a stretch, at best. These kinds of interventions rarely go well. Count me firmly against.

    No it's not! Thanks for this info, I hadn't heard anything about it. It sounds like USFWS is about to make another regrettable mistake.
