    How do you (personally) find birds to photograph?

    I have 58 species at my house during the year and go to the ocean shore for shorebirds, gulls, etc. I find ebird to be useful to learn about recent sightings in my immediate area. Night herons, owls, bitterns, and migratory waterfowl are a challenge and I rely on ebird to determine where to go...
