    this looks very similar to the one I had (it’s the long version) looks reasonably matt in this image from Go Outdoors website Perhaps you should try to find one in a shop and see what you think

    I had one many years ago in matt dark green. Have Berghaus changed the finish ? It was a most excellent jacket which was completely waterproof Unfortunately came second in a fight with a barbed wire fence. I replaced it with another
