    It can also work the other direction, to keep the eyecups in the open position. I tried this a couple of years ago for keeping them locked open on my 8x20 Ultravid and while it helped, I’ve been actually planning on getting a couple more so that it’ll be impossible to push them back in.     So you didn’t like the cheaper lines from those two companies and conflate that into meaning that both are inferior brands somehow? Hmmm. Seems you also just skipped Nikon, Opticron, Vortex and the rest, but as long as you’re happy all’s good.
