    John's Mammals 2023

    My first encounter with my patch Otters for 2023 was yesterday with (I believe) a mother & cub. If I am lucky, I see them half a dozen times a year & yesterday was typical. Drizzle & low light generally means that they are prepared to be diurnal. Best pic attached.
