    They are very close to the Hawke. Less fov and aperture. Easier to use with my glasses. Light and easy to carry. Nice bright images.

    I took my 7x32's and Vortex DB 8x32's out for a spin. One thing I noted was that both are good binoculars. I found that the Hawke's are actually brighter and have more contrast for my eyes.     I did a quick comparison. For the record I do more astronomy night time viewing. The Kowa has more falling off at the edge of the fov, although the fov is still good.     I am tempted by the 7x32's. I admit a fondness for 7x. However, I have 2 pairs of 8x32 and a 7x28. Is there a compelling reason to get one of these, other then addiction?
