    Hi Mike and Tom, I will post my thoughts once I`ve had a decent spell comparing them, I feel very lucky to have chanced on them, I saw them turn up at UK dealer and grabbed them pdq. Very, very clean example (black armour Tom) they have been well looked after and are mint minus to me. John.

    I`ve just recently acquired a 7x42FL, the transmission and brightness of those AK prisms is superb, really enjoying comparing it to my 8x42SF.

    Nice read Bill, And in no way "falls short" imho, I was hoping to try a 32 SF/NL as and when and was saving towards it, but I`ve just snagged a 7x42FL which I`ve been looking for for an age now. Nice selection you`ve got there.
