I'm a bargain hunter and tight .....😁 I have jumped into the IS bins world and the fields are flat, so getting spoilt in that regard. However, there are some good deals, without Alpha money. Celestron Regal ED 8x42 is "inexpensive" but good wide FoV with flat field. I do like porros and... -

Thanks. I believe you have shown me these before. When I look closely, there does appear to be quite a small sweet spot in the Opticron. For some this might be okay, but recently I have become less accepting of this....I feel it detracts from the view too much. You reminded me to dig out my... -

Excellent, thanks. I will give them a miss.... Small sweet spot and extreme FC is not what I would be happy with either. I have taken a liking to porros and will see if any Kowa yf, Savanna or Raptors pop up. I'll have a look at at the the Papilio too. Cheers -

Did you ever get the x6.5x 32 Adventurer? I have a x8 Savanna and x8 SR.GA, but fancy a x6.5. One thing I dislike is FC, so that could be the key annoying issue with these? I would also like to use without glasses, but -7.0 dioptre over focus is not always possible (Savanna and SR.GA don't...
