    Independent birding guides in Ecuador

    Niels, thanks for the info. I am already in contact with Puembo to see what they might offer. I am also in contact with the guide I used in the Mindo area back in 2018. I will see if I can track down those other folks.

    My dad and step-mom retired several years ago and moved from Washington State to Ecuador in late 2011. I have visited them twice. First time was in April of 2016 (yes we were there when the 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit) and then again in November of 2018. I am thinking of going down again next...
