    New APC 42 Stabilized

Hi mbb, I cannot remember as I saw several videos on these APC binoculars. But maybe. What strikes me regarding these, other binoculars and videos of scopes is that the presenters rarely have a good grasp of their subject. A few reviewers clearly know their stuff, but not many. I can...

    New APC 42 Stabilized

I saw a few weeks ago a video with two gentlemen and the two Kites enthusing over them. B.

    New APC 42 Stabilized

One should always wait after glowing reviews of the newest, greatest binocular. At least a month until the truth emerges. Or at least for a second independent opinion, where the hidden problems emerge. My 20 year old Canon 18x50 IS despite problems with colour prism artifacts etc. still...

    New APC 42 Stabilized

There is a Video review today by BBR of the Kite 16x42 IS about 16 minutes long. He claims that the Kite has larger objectives than the Fujinon 14x40. Possibly not. He doesn't mention the objectives cut off of the Kite. He lists values as so many dollars per degree of stabilization. For me...

    New APC 42 Stabilized

Thanks for the video. I cannot tell from just one video, but the Kite stabilizer does not on first impressions seem better than, say, the Canon 18x50 IS. My Canon 10x30 Mk2 IS is I think better even allowing for the lower magnification. Incidentally, the electronics warranty seems to be two...

    New APC 42 Stabilized

If the Kite 16x42 IS is as good as Kite and reviewers claim then how about a Kite 22x52 IS and a Kite 24x56 IS. These would be alternatives to a small spotting scope. Regards, B.
