    Clifton this morning......Cold. One solitary Common Sandpiper on small pit Good numbers of Pied and Yellow Wagtails in horse paddocks. 100+ Canada Geese, 20+ Greylags, 3 Grey Herons, 15 GC Grebe, 100+ Swallows & Martins.

    Totally agree Laurie they must be made to feel that this is shameful and unacceptable. I'm sure that Jeremy Squire would have said something.... all birders would have been outraged. My dog accompanies me on most of my trips but is always on a lead, well behaved and is never allowed to go near...
