    Hi Justin, Thank you for your reply which I found most useful. At the moment I cannot justify getting both lenses. I am swaying in the direction of the 100-400 plus the 1.4 converter being the more versatile option as you point out, but the reach of the 200-600 is very tempting. Thanks again...
