What did you see in your binoculars today?

I am lucky to have them out the back door. However a 25 minute walk also sounds like a great way to see them. Love walking as well. They truly are a harbinger of Spring although after last night there’s six new inches of snow in that spot with lots more coming down!

What did you see in your binoculars today?

A Grizzly Bear near the Spanish Peaks in Montana. He was about 100 meters off the road and I had about 15 minutes of observation before he ambled off into the aspens. Beautiful cinnamon color.

What did you see in your binoculars today?

A pack of 10 wolves feeding on a Bison carcass in Yellowstone National Park. After they had fed for awhile they left the carcass, regrouped and howled for about 10 minutes. One of the most amazing things I have ever observed!

What did you see in your binoculars today?

I used mine today to read the drive through menu at Taco Bell Also a flock of Turkeys and as of late the Balds have been ubiquitous. Many other raptors as well including a dark phase red tail and plenty of rough legged hawks. Really like their masks and also many horned larks about.
