    Night vision equipment for mortals

    This is an interesting and informative video that compares a Sony A7SII vs a PVS14 Gen 3 light amplification tube. The video says they cost about the same ($4k new, $3k used), but nowadays the Sony is only $2k new plus lens (about $200 for the lens they used, you can get faster lenses too)...
