    Good view of Reed Warbler on smaller pond. Elusive Reed Bunting also flitting between the bushes. Lapwing displaying on adjacent field to nature reserve.

    I'm new to the Forum and fairly new to birding so please be gentle with me. First visit to the Park since Solihull Council commenced their EU funded 'woodland management' measures and I have to say it looks like nuclear armageddon in places, I hope they know what they are doing ! Enjoyable spot...
