    ring-necked parakeet request

    Hi, I'm meeting a friend in London shortly and he has expressed a desire to see a Ring-necked Parakeet. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which of the Central London parks is likely to be our best bet? I'm guessing St James, but I'm open to persuasion. Thanks in advance, Gordon
