    Exactly 5 years since the Woodchat Shrike now a Steppe Grey Shrike:)Although I understend NO sightings today:( Richard It`s a shame that individual Twitter news has taken away collective sightings from Bird Forums. Nothing on this thread since 2017!!:sleep:

    Chipping Sodbury Common

    A Glorious sunny day spent on the Common, mainly to see the Juv. Woodchat Shrike, but impressed by the number and variety of other birds- flock 50+ Goldfinches, uncountable number of Whinchats, Stonechat, Wheatear, Skylarks, Redstarts, Spotted Flycatchers and numerous Chiffchaffs/Willow Warblers...
