    Cres is a good choice (I spend my holidays there). Sylvia warblers are ample (but they won't be as obvious 'cos they stop singing in June/July), Griffon vultures of course (the island's symbol), ST eagles, Eagle owls, Peregrines, Hobbies, Alpine swifts, Hoopoes, Woodchat shrikes, Tawny pipits...
