    I have hard copy and PDF of a number of books, and occasionally opt for digital copy only. The Bloomsbury watermark is only a line on each page at the bottom with your name and purchase date so guess they are too easy to share which might be a reason for high prices - but I agree it would be...

    They are direct from Bloomsbury, as an example here and here (quite a few others) Chamberlain’s also do PDFs, but not sure of any others.

    Bloomsbury do watermarked PDFs which I prefer to Kindle versions. Not sure Princeton do though.

    I’m getting the book for Christmas, so won’t be able to test the book for a while, but have successfully tested the QR codes from the sample pages online. I assume you have QR Droid (Android) or QR reader (iPhone) or a similar app installed on your phone or tablet?
