    Brambling (M) and singing Chiffchaff today at Far Pasture. Blackcap also seen and heard.

    Dog Walkers A visit too Kibblesworth an area where many birds are ground nesters. While observing a few birds in general two women turned up with 14 dogs not one on a lead. It's about time something was done to stop this or have it licenced in some way. Shot taken with iPhone.

    Spotted Flycatcher, a nesting bird I've watched for a couple of weeks in a tree cavity. Nest material just a little moss and eggs spread untidily maybe a young female from last year. Yesterday the eggs where still spread untidily and cool (last week they where often cool but bird still sitting)...

    Sometimes a Male may have another female elsewhere and not paying enough attention to its other mate so she picks up with another. The ringed bird may be more interested in another female and the new Male could end up bringing up his offspring. They seem to like to spread themselves around.
