    Brilliant - thanks a lot for your help. Will try and get down there if time allows, seems like an interesting site to walk. Any other info on sites nearer Stroud, and ones for Willow Tit, from any people in the know would be appreciated.

    In Gloucestershire for a couple of days next week and was wondering if there were any good/reliable sites in the Stroud area for these birds? Staying in Amberley to be precise, looks like a nice, rural part of the country.
