    Had a quick scan this evening. Frigging boats putting anything settled up, but managed two Yellow-legged gulls (Juv/1st winter + Adult), 3 GG Grebes through or more likely put up, and best of all were Two early(?) Goldeneye through. No hoped for Scoters or Terns! Noted a Juv BHG with its...

    Good luck:t: Best time would be mid to late afternoon, since you might get the Caspian Gull that's been dropping in. The Dam is probably best to get close into the Scaup with the Camera ( if lucky), but parking on Scotland lane will give good distant views. Not that you dont know already!:king:

    Scaup possibly best from the Dam, Goldeneye more or less keep to the middle part of the reservoir. I can vision the pin sharp images already;)

    Just had a brief visit to Bartley. No sign of any Snow Buntings in the stubble field adjacent the Church, though its a big field...so who knows, could still about. Couple of Scaup with a few Goldeneye on the water. Nice flock of Redwing around the Church, but not much else to report.
