    Thanks Geoff. Yes plenty to think about. Would you say the 50-60mm scopes are most popular then due to portability factor? Or do people have two scopes depending on if they will be staying in one location or moving around?

    Ah right thanks for replying. I'm looking to invest in my first scope at the moment so its interesting to see what other people use. I have had several people recommend Opticron to me, I used one in the VC at Frampton during my visit I must admit I was impressed the image was very good.
