Sulphur-breasted Warbler is a monumental bird. A very well deserved prize for a hot day. My first one in Shanghai was safely ID'd by Jocko to put a tick and the second was at Emeifeng after hours of digging through the undergrowth.

Very nice shot of the Pyrops candelaria. The proboscis is much cooler than its colorful wings.

Tht's a huge score Mike! Certainly you have the "Hawk Eyes", Eagle owls in rocky habitat are very tricky even for a trained pair of eyes. Last but not least, "Gong Hei Fat Choi". ;-)

Black-naped Terns are such sweet birds with unblemished white. Sorry about the Roseate Tern though, saw couple of pics in FB. Poncho, the name sounds like an escapee from Guadalajara ;-). Happy Birding with your new buddy, Mike.

With all the election heat going now in India, the lizard totally looks like an "Indian Politician" who change their skin after the election ;-) Generally, foreigners are weird for the native ppl and vice versa but that goat totally made my day. If you say that's not weird as per Pui O...

Lovely birds Mike, especially the Collared Crow, that's one good looking Corvid, good job by your SX50 ;-). Me and Kevin had good fun with the scarecrows in Yancheng. They did a pretty good job as the Cranes found the scarecrows very protective. So what's your next Lantau target?

Also, the currently dried lake in Nanhui. Night Herons show up jus right @ the time of dusk and perched oddly in those tiny water plants. Again, those are hundreds of night herons. Congrats on the Black-headed Gull Mike. Back in India, i thought those were big birds then Pallas's Gulls showed...

Nice pics of the Dolphin Mike. I certainly found that, one need some elevation to get some decent shots of the dolphin. In a small ferry, they are damn too close.
