    Thanks to Janet for calling me down to the track by the signpost on Friday to nab the Firecrests......I was stationed half way up the this track where they appeared last week....but drew a blank on Friday......popped over to Swan pool for the Goldeneyes but only got the female - and then only...

    FIRECREST.....showed about 3 times in 3 hours about half way up track from signpost....this was a place someone had it (them ) earlier. I stayed more or less in one place and hoped it would show up.....good tactic but little too dark for pics. Quite a lot of visitors on and off....about 15 all...

    Located Firecrest just up from signpost about midday...one could have been two....over 10 min period.

    At Firecrest location....has been seen this morning but there are at least 8 of us looking and no show at the moment. Very quiet...just the odd Blue Tit.

    Only thing of note on Forge Mill was about 12 Snipe...but nice to see Gadwall...Shoveler ...Teal...Wigeon and Goosander.
